Aluminium Alloy 7075 (AA7075) belongs to the 7000 series of aluminum alloys, recognized for their remarkable strength-to-weight ratio. The main alloying element, zinc, contributes to exceptional tensile strength and toughness. When heat-treated to temper T6 or T651, Aluminium 7075 provides ultimate performance where high strength and fatigue resistance are critical.

Key chemical composition includes Zinc (5.6–6.1%), Magnesium (2.1–2.5%), Copper (1.2–1.6%), and Chromium (0.18–0.28%). This unique combination makes 7075 Aluminium Pipes stronger than many mild steels while maintaining low density and high corrosion resistance.
